23-24 Focus and Priorities:
- Continue to implement program expectations for attendance, academics and behavior
- Prioritize SEL support and embedded learning through increased contact time and SEL days
New/Current Happenings
Academics
- Students continue to meet with coordinator to work on Q3 academic, attendance, and behavioral goals
- New S2 course: Sociology
- Biology: Students are building models to show cellular reproduction; mitosis and meiosis
Human Capital
- 25 students enrolled in RAISE; no change over the past month

Operations
- RAISE Academy staff continues to meet bi-monthly to review progress and academic collaboration (special focus on Q3 grades, attendance and expectations)
- Parents continue to be in constant communication with coordinator via monthly progress reports, phone calls and posts on Class Dojo
- Social workers continue to push in weekly to support RAISE students during Advisory
Culture/Climate
- Students and staff continue to work on ClassDojo to reinforce positive behaviors and inform parents of classroom happenings
