Is a proof of vaccination mandatory to attend the event?
Following the latest updates by the Dutch government, starting on the 25th of February, Covid-19 proof of vaccination will no longer be mandatory for attendees in order to access the event.
Will I still need to present a valid negative Covid-19 test?
No, it is not mandatory.
Are face masks mandatory?
No, although we recommend using it.
Are refunds allowed?
No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please fill out this form directly to change your ticket.
When should I arrive?
Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the start time of the concert. No late entry is permitted.
Can I bring animals?
No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please fill out this form if you plan to bring a service animal.
Do I need to print my ticket?
You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.
Can I bring my child?
All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Are food and drink available?
No food and drinks will be available.
Can I purchase a ticket at the event?
No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.
Is there access for people in wheelchairs?
It depends on the venue of the concert. See the information of Fever concert for more info on this point. If you are not sure, please write to hello@feverup.com
What is included in the ticket?
It includes access to the concert.
How do I know where my seat is?
Our staff will accompany you to your seat according to your ticket category.
Can I use the restroom?
The restrooms may be used before and after the performance. In order not to disturb the audience and the musicians, the restrooms can only be used in case of emergency during the performance.
