VoteForce is a powerful app to share your message broadly and quickly through trusted sources. VoteForce uses peer-to-peer texting to share your message with others, who can then share it further to their own list of contacts. People can choose who they want to share your message with and also personalize it with their own comments.
As a group admin, you may create new subgroups, edit their names and delete them as well.
You may want to keep a list of your supporters organized in multiple subgroups to channelise campaign. Simply do these steps to create new subgroup under which your supporters may register and get messages:
#1 go to “Sub Groups” section
#2 click on “Add Sub Group”and it will navigate you to next page
#3 enter your desired name
#4 click on “Submit”
Sometimes you may have typo in subgroup’s name while creating them in hurry, but it’s ok, you can always go back and fix this in couple of seconds by following these steps:
#1 go to “Sub Groups” section
#2 click edit icon of subgroup which you want to edit, it will navigate you to next page
#3 change the name of subgroup
#4 click on “Submit”
It may happen that you don’t want anyone to register under your existing subgroup anymore but you neither want to lose current data you have.
In such a situation, you may simply go ahead and deactivate that particular subgroup and reactivate again in future when needed.
As you see in the following screenshot, all are ‘Active’ subgroups, You may simply click on this status button, to toggle between ‘Active’/’Inactive’. It will be saved automatically at same time and new users won’t be able to register under it if it is ‘Inactive’.
If you are done working with some subgroup and you no longer need it even in future, you may delete it.
As a group admin, you are able to add new messages across all of your subgroups. You may edit existing message and delete them as well.
Follow these steps to add new messages under any subgroup
#1 go to “Messages” section
#2 click on “Add Message”and it will navigate you to next page
#3 select your desired subgroups, add tag and message content
#4 apply checkmark if you want to send notification to all registrants about creation of your new message
#5 click on “Submit”
Sometimes you may change your mind about subgroup, tag or message content after creating message, but it’s ok, you can always go back and fix this in couple of seconds by following these steps:
#1 go to “Messages” section
#2 click edit icon of message which you want to edit, it will navigate you to next page
#3 change subgroup or tag or message content
#4 click on “Submit”
It may happen that you don’t want anyone to see or forward a particular message anymore but you neither want to lose current data you have.
In such a situation, you may simply go ahead and deactivate that particular message and reactivate again in future if needed.
As you see in the following screenshot, all are ‘Active’ messages, You may simply click on this status button, to toggle between ‘Active’/’Inactive’. It will be saved automatically at same time and supporters won’t be able to see the message anymore if it is ‘Inactive’.
If you are done working with some message campaign and you no longer need it even in future, you may delete it.
Supporters/registrants will register under your subgroups to carry forward your messages to their friends and community.
If you want to see the list of supporters, you may simply check it out under the ‘Registrants’ section. You may see all details including their name, email, interests, etc.
If you are searching for some particular supporter, you may use searchbox or may filter with subgroup.
To analyse the data at your convenience, you may also export the data in excel sheet by clicking on “Export” button which will display a popup when your report is processed and ready for download..
After adding all messages, you may want to review or have a backup of them as an excel sheet by clicking on “Export” button which will display a popup when your report is processed and ready for download..

To analyse the efforts made by supporters to forward your messages, you may simply observe and analyse the granular tracked data in ‘Counts’ section.
You can filter, search and sort the data as you like. Moreover you can also export as an excel sheet by clicking on “Export” button which will display a popup when your report is processed and ready for download.
Sometimes you may want to kick someone out of your subgroup for whatever reason. You may simply perform 2 steps to change the status to ‘Inactive’. So registrants will no longer be able to stay in your group or will be able to receive your messages.
After exporting the data, you may forget it but system won’t. Whenever you request for export, the system sends you a notification whenever it is ready for download and it also stores the record for your future usage. You will be able to see the history of your requests and you may download those exported excel files again anytime.
