Wants (W)

List your current wants and desires. What do you wish to achieve or experience in different areas of your life (e.g., personal, professional, relationships)? Be specific and honest about your desires.




Direction (D)

Reflect on the direction your life is currently taking. Are your actions and choices aligned with your wants and desires? Describe your path and whether it leads you closer to or further away from your goals.




Evaluation (E)

Evaluate the effectiveness of your current actions and behaviors in achieving your wants. Are there any actions that hinder your progress or do not serve your best interests? Identify areas where improvement is needed.




Planning (P)

Based on your reflections, create a plan for positive change. What steps can you take to align your actions with your wants and move in the right direction? Set specific goals and establish a timeline for achieving them.
