What are the different ticket types?

Premium (Best Visibility)

Zone A (Excellent Visibility)

Can I buy tickets at the venue?

Tickets are not available for purchase at the venue. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Can I book a ticket for my carer/caretaker?

How do I book a ticket for my carer?

Guests requiring assistance throughout the experience are entitled to apply for one free pass for their Personal Assistant/Support worker. Please contact us HERE with proof of needing a carer ticket.

Once we receive this, we will provide you with the code of a voucher, that you can use to purchase your free Carer ticket.

Please keep in mind that you will have to show this, along with your tickets, to enter the venue. Each Carer’s ticket will need to be purchased with at least one other full price ticket.

Is there an age requirement for the event?

All guests must be 8 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Where can I find my ticket?

You can find your ticket in the "Tickets" section of the Fever app (you can download it from the Apple App Store or Google Play). Please remember to log in with the same login method used to make the purchase.

You will also find your QR code in your purchase confirmation email.

Ticket changes

Can I change my ticket?

Subject to availability, changes of date and/or time are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.

Venue information

Where is the experience taking place?

Hansom Hall, Adult Education College, 50-54 Belvoir St, Leicester LE1 6QL.

How do I get to the venue?

The Hansom Hall is located in Leicester City Centre close to the train station, tram and bus stops, and city centre car parks.

Is there food served?

No, but there will be a fully-stocked bar for refreshments and alcoholic drinks.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed, except for service animals.

 

Does this venue have disability access?

Yes, the venue is fully accessible and can be accessed via the main entrance, with a lift available in the main lobby area to the hall.

Is there parking available?

There is no parking on site. Dover Street Car Park is a 5-minute walk away and Leicester Railway Station is just 10 minutes from the venue.
