Dual Credit Introduction to Engineering Design (1.0 Credit): Students explore engineering through hands-on project-based learning and use 3D modeling software to design solutions to real-world problems by using industry-standard CAD software.Introduction to Technical Design and Drafting: Students learn CAD software (AutoCAD, Inventor, Revit) for creating 2D and 3D models to operate as a jump-off point for construction and renovation projects. Construction I: Learn to use power tools and woodworking machinery while applying math and science to design and build projects. This hands-on course provides a strong foundation for careers in engineering, manufacturing, and building trades. Clothing: Explore fashion basics, sewing techniques, and design principles while creating clothing projects. Digital Photo Design 1: Students are introduced to photography and digital image manipulation, focusing on composition, lighting, and photo editing. Drawing/Painting 1: Students develop observational drawing, mark-making, and color theory skills while experimenting with acrylics and watercolors. Graphic Design 1: Students explore digital art and visual communication, using industry-standard software to create 2-D designs and build a portfolio. | Band Beginning Guitar: This course introduces students to the basics of guitar playing, focusing on chords, strumming patterns, and melodies. Concert Band: An entry-level band that builds on middle school instrumental skills, performing intermediate wind and percussion literature.
