SOARing Falcons Daily Fitness Challenge
Purpose: This activity encourages families to become more physically active and to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Each day, students are asked to complete a different activity.
TO MAKE IT MORE EXCITING- Invite a friend or family member to join!!

1 | Do 50 Jumping Jacks with a friend or family member! | ||
2 | Complete at least 20 curl ups, crunches, or sit-ups (HINT: Tuck your feet under your couch to make it easier!) | ||
3 | Skip around the house while singing the SOAR song! (Don’t forget the S.O.A.R with your hands!) | ||
4 | Hold a Plank for 1- minute -OR- Challenge a family member or friend to a plank competition (Hold it as long as you can !) | ||
5 | Jog in place for 30 seconds in EVERY ROOM of your house! | ||
6 | Perform 50 lunges (25 per leg!) | ||
7 | YOUR CHOICE! Stretch, Play, Have FUN!! Aim for at least 30 minutes of activity |
