Purpose: This activity encourages families to become more physically active and to take steps toward a healthier lifestyle. Each day, students are asked to complete a different activity.

 TO MAKE IT MORE EXCITING- Invite a friend or family member to join!!

Put a check or an ‘X’ in the box after the student completes the day’s activity.

(HINT:  Tuck your feet under your couch to make it easier!)

Hold a Plank for 1- minute

Challenge a family member or friend to a plank competition (Hold it as long as you can !)

YOUR CHOICE! Stretch, Play, Have FUN!! Aim for at least  30 minutes of activity
