- TIP (Targeted Instruction in Pakistan) Tool - Led a roll-out to 1200-2000 government primary schools, and a team to build TIP tool, impacted more than 300,000 students and assisted ~4,000 teachers in Pakistan with provincial government partnership in KPK to run a researched based study. TIP is a remedial program to help struggling primary students(grades 1-5) catch up in basic literacy and numeracy (Math, English and Urdu). TIP Tool is designed to assist teachers in identifying and categorizing student needs and supporting the provision of adaptive curriculum and assessments.
Played a key role in the development and rollout of a new version of the TIP tool to approximately 600 government primary schools in Islamabad, Pakistan. This initiative supported around 2,500 teachers, positively impacting over 150,000 students.
- MISchool - Led product redesign and development of the School Management software application. MISchool is designed  to transform operations and management processes and targets low-cost private, primary and secondary government schools in Pakistan. At the time of redesign, MISchool had 700 schools and 80,000+ students in 6 districts of Punjab and then reached over 2,000 schools and 300,000+ students across Pakistan. 65% increased in schools and more than 70% in students.
- MICare - Designed a prototype and won proposal with Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and other partners to build a digital suite of applications to collect, process and visualize the data of patients, sales and door to door visits. MICare comprises three components, two of which are progressive apps that prioritize offline functionality in areas with low or limited internet connectivity. The third component is a live dashboard. Collaboratively designed, architected, rapidly produced with a team of four software developers.
- PxD: Weather Advisory Tool - Designed, architected and led development of a weather data visualization, SMS and voice campaigns management tool for Precision Development and Punjab Government to automate 90% their process of disseminating weather updates manually using a third-party platform. The tool provides millions of farmers with weather based advisory to improve agricultural outcomes, currently creating an impact on more than 800,000 farmers within Punjab, Pakistan.
