- Teachers will participate in on-going professional learning to increase student achievement based on school/grade level data.
- Team Leaders will use a common agenda to submit weekly collaborative meeting notes/minutes.
- Teachers and Admin will meet monthly during “Kid Talks” to analyze data, discuss student performance and prioritize/reprioritize interventions.

In the spring of 2022, 56.11% of students in grades K-5 met or exceeded their projected RIT growth goal in Reading. By the Spring of 2023, 60% or more of students in grades K-5 will meet or exceed their projected RIT growth goal as measured by the Measures of Academic Progress (MAP) Reading assessment.
| - Teachers will receive PL in order to effectively implement reading workshop which includes grade level standards instruction, guided reading, and independent reading practice.
- Teachers in grades K-3 will continue to receive additional support to fully implement Fundations with fidelity and analyze unit assessment data.
- Teachers in grades K-1 will receive professional learning to fully implement Heggerty Phonemic Awareness curriculum.
- Teachers in grades 4-5 will receive support to implement F&P word study.
- Develop teacher capacity to recognize rigor in the area of ELA by providing teachers with the opportunity to observe in classrooms within our building and/or across the district. Implement the use of high level questioning stems and meaningful conferring with students during reading. (Admin - > Ongoing, Teachers @ least 1X per semester)

- Teachers will use and analyze district common math assessments as well as common formative assessments to drive student instruction.
- Develop teacher capacity to recognize rigor in the area of Math by providing teachers with the opportunity to observe in classrooms within our building and/or across the district.

- Increase the number of students missing less than 10% of days enrolled.
- Increase the number of faculty and staff missing less than 10 days for the school year.

- Biweekly recognition of students with perfect attendance and grade level drawings for the book vending machine.
- Biweekly recognition for faculty and staff with perfect attendance and incentives.
- School based attendance review with parent/guardian, school admin and social worker to support student attendance for students with 3 or more unexcused absences.
- PBIS & 7 Mindsets: Monday Mindsets, Mindset Recognitions, PBIS Dojo Store, Quarterly Rewards
- Create a schoolwide recognition for students that do NOT receive a behavior referral
- Coordinate with MTSS & PBIS teams and teachers to review the attendance & universal behavior screener data to identify “at risk” students in need of tiered and prioritized behavior supports, check-in check out, mentors, social groups, specialized counseling groups, conflict resolution, etc…
- Meet with NJES Student Support Team monthly to identify potential needs and appropriate support.
- NJES Counseling Website: Develop, maintain and share resources for students and families to support SEL
