We have a lot going on, I will gladly go into greater detail at my visit. A sample listing is:

Mountain Day, Alumni Weekend, Jeb Bush, Dash and Stroll, Cure for Cancer Charity Events, Multiple Cultural Dialogues and more. Free Skiing at Mt. Sunapee!

What percentage of students stay on campus during the weekends?

Vast majority stay.

New initiatives on campus and/or institutional goals?

Increase nursing seats. 65 - 90 available spots.

What is something you might find at the school that may not exist at any other school?

The beauty of New Hampshire (Mountains, Leaves, Lakes, Skiing). Individual and personal attention. Tremendous Access Resources Department.

If located outside of New England, what New England area schools is your institution similar to?

What is the distance to the nearest big city? And what is that city?

30 minutes to Concord, NH (Capital), Lebanon, NH and Tilton, NH. 90 minutes from Boston, MA. 2 hours from Burlington, VT.

What is the approximate distance from Westborough, driving and/or flying?

Approx. 2 hours.

What are your most popular majors?

Nursing, Business, Biology, Environmental, Art, Exercise Science

What are your newest and/or most unique majors?

Health Care Management Program, Master Programs in Nursing, Social Work, Medical Lab Science, Health Science, Sustainability, Crime and Legal Studies, Athletic Training, Sport Management, Education.

What majors are you hoping to grow?

Nursing, Sustainability, Crime and Legal Studies, Sport Management, Sociology

Will applying “undecided” for a major affect a student’s chances for acceptance?

Not at all

Is there a statistical advantage to applying early decision or early action?

Early Action Scholarship = 5,000 renewable.

If interviews are required or recommended, where and by whom are they conducted?

No longer have interviews.

Are students automatically considered for merit scholarships with the application to the school?

Must obtain a cumulative GPA of a 2.8 to be qualified.

Match % of student’s FASFA.

Free to apply, test optional (except Nursing), Common App & CSC App.
