Program of Friday, December 11th:

The indico page is back online so the speakers are invited to upload their talk directly in indico, or to send it to cosmicraysandneutrinosinparis@gmail.com.

We also ask speakers of yesterday and today's sessions to consider uploading their talks as some participants could not attend due to different time zones. Many thanks!

The recordings of today's talks can be found following the link:

Don't miss the poster sessions!

We ask the poster presenters to be present near the poster for at least 2 out of the 4 sessions.

As the posters will be presented to virtual rooms, we invite you to set up your name and avatar before entering the rooms. The arrows and Q-E keys should allow you to move and turn around in the room. To easily read vertical posters, don't hesitate to activate the 'fly mode' by typing /fly in the chat bar and then using your pointer to select the direction in which you want to go. Visit this page to learn more about the control in VR rooms.

Advice for Mac users: based on our own experience, Firefox gives better results than Safari.

There is a maximum of 50 people that can enter the room at the same time.

The French Corner

Paul Bocuse, Alain Ducasse, Anne-Sophie Pic, Pierre Hermé, Cédric Grolet… France counts many talented chefs and pastry chefs. In November 2010, the French gastronomic meal was added by the UNESCO to its lists of the world's intangible cultural heritage. As you unfortunately cannot taste it yourself this time, we thought you might want to cook a typical French dish at home to replace the conference banquet! We recommend you to try the Boeuf Bourguignon. Don't worry if you are vegetarian, you can replace the meat by mushrooms and tofu (follow the same procedure but reduce the cooking time point 7 to 3-40 minutes).

For 4 people:

800 g of beef - 2 carrots - 1 onion - 2 cloves - 75 cl of red wine - salt - pepper -  1 bay leaf

1. Peel the carrots and cut them into slices.

2. Peel the onion, cut in half into slices and prick the other with cloves. 3. Denerve the meat, cut it into large pieces.

4. Brown the beef in a casserole dish.

5. Add the onion and carrots, cook 5 min.

6. Deglaze with the red wine, add the bay leaf and cover.

7. Cook over low heat for 3 hours.

8. Savor it.
