Sulphur High School Inclement Weather Plan For Commencement 

In case of inclement weather for Sulphur High School Commencement Ceremony on May 13th, 2022, the commencement will be moved indoors at the Sulphur HS gymnasium. Students will be given 8 tickets for seating in the gym.  Overflow seating will also be held in the SHS Auditorium with no ticket required.  A video feed will be streamed in the auditorium.  We will make every effort to have the ceremony at Agee Field as scheduled and will consider even delaying the ceremony that night for weather to move through if it is moving quickly.  

We will be monitoring the weather throughout the day, and would like to make an informed decision as quickly as we can.  We will contact all graduates through our enotes system that sends out mass texts if we have any changes or delays, and then also send it out on our school wide enotes system and our school website.  

This is only a back up plan.  KICM will also be streaming the ceremony online through their website like the football and basketball feeds we have had this year.  We look forward to having a very memorable night for the students and their families.  We will see you there!
