Youth Ultimate Frisbee Coach: Job Posting
Become an coach for a 4-8th Grade team this Spring: April 15-May 31. Commit to once per week practice, Friday night games, or both! Want more? You can coach multiple practices in a week!
As a coach at Zig Zag, you'll receive comprehensive support and resources to ensure your coaching experience is enjoyable and successful. We provide a coaching manual that simplifies the coaching process, making it easy for you to lead effective practices.
Our goal is to make your coaching experience as seamless as possible, so we offer 18 practice slots spread across the city, allowing you to find a time that fits your schedule perfectly.
At Zig Zag, we value our coaches immensely. You are the face of our program, and we want to empower you to make Ultimate frisbee famous. We encourage autonomy and creativity, allowing you to leave your unique mark on the sport.
- Practice and Game Coach:
- $500 for 7 practices + 6 Friday Night games + $50 bonus if attend all sessions
- April 15-May 31
- 1 in-person training session (4 hours) in February or March
- Option for additional training sessions if desired

To ensure the safety and suitability of our coaches, we require a few essential tests and certifications, all of which are virtual and take around 2 hours to complete. These include a basic rules quiz, a background check, concussion protocol training, and CPR certification.
