Discussion: Aspirations for an equity office (Denk)
- This year the NSDA’s new directorq2 DEI launched a new program to support equity offices and officers at tournaments. This included resources on how to do it, training we can take, and even on-call support for heavy circumstances (especially at the district tournaments). This strikes me as a no-brainer and not a huge lift. So let’s talk about how we make it happen.
