CSC Adult Co-ed Volleyball Rules

Games are officiated by USAV Rules and format

• Teams will consist of at least 6 players with two or more girls on the court at all times

• A team may play a game with 5 if 2 girls are present

• Each regular season match will be 3 games (no best of)
• Games are played to 25 win by 2 with no cap
• Players may not touch the net at any time during play
• Players may not cross under the net at any time during play
• Teams must properly rotate and not cross one another before service
• If a player was to touch the divider at any time, that player’s team loses the point
• A player may not chase a ball onto another court
• Teams may be required to forfeit matches if unable to field required amount of players at the start of their match
• Subs can be permitted for regular season HOWEVER a sub for playoffs must have played with the team for at least 5 games. Subs must check in at the cafe.
• Double contacts are up to the discretion of the referee and should not be argued
• There is no pursuit in this league
