Today Is… A Mantra Worksheet

Choosing a mantra to use daily can be a fun and creative exercise that offers you a sense of calm, positivity, encouragement, energizing, etc. depending on what you need for the week.

Think of using one mantra for a week to allow for it to be fully internalized before moving on to a new one.

Remember that you can always return to a previous mantra if you want to revisit its message.
