VENDOR FEES

All vending fees are non-refundable and are listed in the table below. Stall, permit, and equipment will be auto-charged upon approval. If auto-charge is declined at time of approval, the vendor is responsible for submitting payment in full within five  days of receiving an invoice for all applicable fees.

VENDING VIOLATION FEES

Vendors who violate the ITS Vendor Regulations & Requirements maybe subject the following fees, auto-charged the following Monday after an event

If any food vendor continues to serve past last call at 9:45pm; if any retail vendor continues to sell past last call at 10:00pm; if any vendor exits the footprint more than 90 minutes after event ends.

PERMIT FEES

Some ITS events have received a fee waiver for permits. When in place, the fee waiver will be passed on to the vendors and no SFDPH or SFFire fees will be assessed on your application.

Unless otherwise indicated in the MMM application, food vendors should assume they will be responsible for paying SFDPH and SF Fire permit fees.

CCSF Compliant MFFs are not required to pay additional fees for the event; MFFs required to furnish up-to-date Fire & DPH decals

Optional Equipment Rental Fees (All Vendors)

Vendors are expected to include any rental requests in their event application. If a vendor needs to request additional equipment (that is not included in their application) any request must be submitted no later than two  weeks prior to the event date.
