INTRODUCTION

The Swag Station is the place where you can get your WCEU t-shirt and other things like stickers, badges etc. You need to make sure that the Swag and Shop stations have enough volunteers to function properly. Provide assistance and guidance to the Swag and Shop assignee. Make sure that Volunteers assigned to these roles are present. Makes sure that swag is arranged, ready.

DURING THE EVENT

These are your main tasks during your shift.

check if all the shifts are covered
check if every volunteer involved is ok with the instructions/information regarding the Swag Station behaviour
set up the swag table and making sure it is in good order
create a system to hand out T-shirts and check who got one

You are going to report to Stanimir Stoyanov.

Before you shift starts, you’ll meet Stanimir who will give you some brief instructions about your role.

Meeting point: near the Swag Station

Time: 15 minutes before the first session on your shift starts
