Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule for any reason, you have 72-hrs to notify us.
Code of Conduct
Please be respectful of, our staff, facility, and safety rules. The use of swearing, vulgar or offensive language is not permitted. Anyone not following the conduct code will be at risk of being removed from the gym with no refund given. We are not responsible for any property that is left, misplaced, or stolen.
REMINDERS **********
- Arrival: You and your party guests should arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time to go over the check-in process and pay any balance due. (Note: Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded). Please encourage guests to be prompt.
- Gratuity: Cash is preferred, or gratuity may be added to the card on file.
- 20% GRATUITY will be added to Ultimate Party Packages.
- Party Schedule: Will follow package schedule.
- Check-in: Your party attendant will meet you at the front desk for check-in and help get all guests checked in and admitted to the gym. A table will be available to store presents, decorations, food, and other items.
- All party guests entering the main gym MUST have a signed waiver. You cannot enter the gym without a signed waiver on file.
- This process is fastest if all guests complete their waiver on their smartphone or personal computer prior to arrival. You received an email with your personal party waiver link.
- AT NO TIME, may any adult guest enter the gym. Coaches and staff ONLY
- Please help us keep our upstairs party room area as tidy as possible.
- Food and Beverages: Ultimate party package ONLY
- You can bring approved outside food, snacks, and drinks. Please email your party coordinator.
- Exit Party Room: Please exit at the party’s end time. If you go over the allotted time you will be charged an additional fee.
- Adding participants to the party: If you need to add participants to your party package, please refer to your party package on the website for an additional fee.
- CLEANING FEE will be added to all parties. FEE is at the discretion of the party coordinator.
