A mental health agency for young adults (16-29). They usually offer ongoing counselling and groups, as well as walk-in counselling. They are now offering drop-in phone counselling on Tuesdays & Thursdays between 3:00 and 6:00pm.

They also have an app called BeanBagChat that offers text-based peer support from 12:00 – 9:00pm Monday – Thursday; 4:00 – 9:00 on Friday; and 4:00 – 9:00 on Sunday.

Technical Support for Seniors:

Connected Canadians is an Ottawa-based volunteer program offering free 1:1 support for seniors to improve technology literacy.

TechServeTO is a volunteer-based service offering free telephone or video chat to support seniors to improve their technology literacy within the GTA and beyond.

 

Seniors Tech Services offers virtual, remote access or in-person support with technology or skill development for seniors in the GTA.
