Take out a stuffed animal and practice saying the following:

Is 154 an odd number or even number?  (hint-look at the digit in the one’s place-if it is even, the number is an even number, if the digit is an odd number, the number is an odd number)

Look at the numbers below.  If you can only use each number once, how many ways can you make 13?
