Experience the convenience of instant digital portrait downloads!  Digital Portraits and Group Photos are readily accessible from our shopping cart. Portraits are delivered as JPGS and produce custom gifts and prints up to 8x10.

HOW TO ORDER INSTANT DIGITAL PORTRAITS

1. Log in to Your Student's Gallery: Navigate to your student's gallery and log in.
2. Access the Product Menu: Click on "SHOP" at the top of the screen to access the product menu.
3. Select Instant Digital Portraits Product: In the product menu, locate the "INSTANT DIGITAL PORTRAITS" product. Click on it to proceed.
4. Choose Your Portraits: Once you're in the Instant Digital Portraits product section, select all the photos you would like as digital downloads.
5. Add Portraits to Your Cart: After selecting your desired portraits, add them to your cart. Make sure to add them all at the same time.
6. Note: It's important to add all the portraits to your cart simultaneously. If you add them individually (at separate times), the cart may not recognize the digital portrait purchase as part of the package offer.
7. Checkout: Once you've added all the desired portraits to your cart, proceed to checkout to complete your order.

Our usual price for digital files is $45 for the first image and $20 for each subsequent image.

This deal allows customers to waive that initial $45 cost if there is already $50 worth of non-digital file items in their shopping cart.

INSTANT DOWNLOAD DELIVERY

When ordering Digital Portraits from our shopping cart, you can expect quick and easy delivery to your email address. Make sure to provide a valid email address during the billing process, as this is where you'll receive your photos.

After the order is completed, you will be sent an email from no-reply@imagequix.com within a few minutes that contains a link to your photos (see image below). The subject line reads "Your Images Are Ready - Download Link Inside"

DOWNLOADING YOUR DIGITAL PORTRAITS 

Each download link contains a zipped file for easy downloading. Here's how to access your portraits:

Desktop Instructions

1. Click on the "Download Images Now" button in the email.
2. The zipped photos will download to your computer. If they don't appear, check your browser's "Recent Download" list.
3. Right-click the folder and select "Show In Folder".
4. Bring the folder to your desktop and double-click to “unzip” the folder to open your portraits.

Mobile Instructions

1. Click on the "Download Images Now" button or link provided
2. Zipped files are typically found in the Downloads folder of your device
3. Tap on the zip file to “unzip” the folder
4. Choose where you want to save the extracted files
5. Access your files in the chosen location.

EXPIRED DOWNLOAD LINKS

These download links expire after 90 days but can be reactivated by clicking the same "Download Images Now" button. Reach out to our customer service team for assistance with reactivating your download link.
