This system allows the district to communicate more effectively internally and react in real time with accurate information; this new communication resource is called CrisisGo. Together with Ottawa County Central Dispatch and first responders, a group met to ensure that this tool will work for all involved. After a full review process, evaluation and live test with the Ottawa County Central Dispatch District, it is recommended to move forward with the implementation of this product.
A resolution was made by Tom DenHerder stating that for the safety of the staff and students of the district, the board will endorse the administration to proceed with the implementation of CrisisGo; Ron Scott supported the resolution.
