Millbrook High School uses Dragonfly Max for all NCHSAA and WCPSS eligibility requirements. You will need to sign up and create an account via a web browser

        In order to successfully register your student/s, you will need to complete the following:

1. Add your student athlete
2. Connect to Millbrook High School using code: STFAML
3. Sign up for the listed sports that your student will be participating. Do not sign up for Varsity or Junior Varsity.  Ex (XC/ T&F for all seasons)
4. Complete all required demographic information, required forms and upload your signed & dated Physical and Medical Eligibility.
