Off-site Temaki/Mazemen Catering Informal Service



For Add-ons:

SEMI-FORMAL/FORMAL: IE Coursed $200/person

Raw Food:

Local Whitefish Ceviche: aji amarillo/seasonal leche de tigre/lime/wild shiso/GF soy/sesame oil

Sashimi Platter: Omakase (whatever looks great!) Seasonal catches may include :

Hakozushi: Cured fish, pressed onto sushi (vinegared-white rice) cut and garnished with fermented chiles, nuta (miso/GF Soy/vinegar/yuzu)

Cooked food:


We will supply all of the utensils, 2-3 service staff (Myself and one or two others), all the plate ware, chopsticks, spoons, linens (napkins, tablecloth if needed).  Since we use re-usable bowls, we can always wash anything during the party.
