What a weekend! Many thanks to all you who were there at Werrington, either as a competitor, marshal, official, helper or spectator, I hope you enjoyed yourself. Special thanks to those who helped set up on Friday and clear up last evening. Results will be with competitors soon.
Entries closed yesterday, all pending entries are now confirmed entries. Numbering, paddock plans, programme and other admin being done. The Clerk is writing the final instructions, everything should be ready to email out at the end of the week. Fingers crossed for the weather to brighten up again.
More work at Werrington, spent the morning with Keith and Rob Selley uncovering the plastic mesh in the paddock entrance that has been gradually buried by the passing of time. All uncovered and cleaned ready for May. Spent the afternoon getting the farmyard ready for the venue setup traffic. Busy day in the sun! Thanks to Terry Graves for organising the mini digger!
Work at Werrington is under way. Spent several hours in the sun yesterday putting down the green road across the top of the paddock and realising that the entrance off the track is going to need some extra work before we can use it.😢
We have turned off the online entries system as we only have a few spaces on Saturday and are taking reserves for Sunday. If you wish to enter please phone the Entries Secretary, Chris Pearce, for the latest situation. Chris can be contacted on 01752 269232. Marshals needed for both days, please contact Jay Brown on 07867 860984 or chairmanATplymouthmotorclub.co.uk. Helpers to set up on Friday 4th May and pack away on Sunday 6th May welcomed with open arms 😇
The event is almost full with more spaces left on Saturday than Sunday. Better get in quick!!
Werrington Entries are now open. The Regs and Entry Forms are Downloadable from the Club Website.
Many thanks to those who turned up to help yesterday, we all had a good time and achieved a great deal. All of the tyre bales are now paired up and ready for the hillclimb weekend. The cattle grid plates are a bit easier to get at and we have tested the water pump and pressure washer - they both failed so there's some work to do there! But we all had some fun - most important!

Hello and welcome to the Plymouth Motor Club Werrington Hillclimb page.
We are currently finalising the regulations prior to applying for a permit, with a target of opening entries by mid-March but that may slip a bit.
We are having our annual preparation day on Saturday 10th March, there’s always lots to do so any volunteers are welcome. Please let me know that you are coming so I can order enough pasties! Tea, coffee and cake also provided!
If you would like to be put on the Mailing List for the Regulations when they are published then please email me at: email@example.com
