Secretaris bestuurslid bij Stichting Transport Artspace (STA)

Functieomschrijving:
Als secretaris ben je een cruciale schakel in onze organisatie. Je bent onderdeel van het bestuur en zorgt voor een vlotte administratieve afhandeling van onze activiteiten. Specifiek zijn wij op zoek naar een secretaris met affiniteit voor PR, dat betekent onder andere dat je ervoor zorgt dat onze social media-kanalen bijgehouden zijn.

Wat ga je doen?

Samen met de overige bestuursleden werk je aan de professionalisering van de Stichting. Op dit moment ligt de focus op de hervestiging van de artspace, later bij de ondersteuning van de organisatie achter de evenementen en tentoonstellingen.

Concreet betekent dit:

• Het bijhouden van onze social media-kanalen of het toezicht houden op dat deze bijgehouden worden.
• Bijwonen van bestuursvergaderingen en het bijhouden van de notulen tijdens deze vergaderingen.
• Beheren van de correspondentie en archivering.
• Meedenken over de toekomst van de artspace en hoe deze vorm te geven.
• Ondersteunen bij de organisatie achter evenementen en tentoonstellingen.

Een enthousiast medebestuurslid met passie voor het stimuleren van de belangstelling voor (beeldende) kunst in de regio Maastricht.

• Sterke organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden
• Een proactieve en zelfstandige houding
• Affiniteit met kunst en cultuur
• Affiniteit met PR en het bijhouden van sociale media kanalen
• Ervaring met secretariële werkzaamheden is een pré

Job Description:  

As Secretary, you will play a crucial role in our organisation. You will be part of the board and ensure the smooth administrative handling of our activities. Specifically, we are looking for a Secretary with an affinity for PR, which includes maintaining our social media channels.

What will you do?

Together with the other board members, you will work on the professionalisation of the foundation. Currently, the focus is on the relocation of the art space, and later, on supporting the organisation of events and exhibitions.

Specifically, this means:

• Maintaining our social media channels or overseeing that they are kept up to date.
• Attending board meetings and taking minutes during these meetings.
• Managing correspondence and archiving.
• Contributing ideas about the future of the art space and how to shape it.
• Assisting in the organisation of events and exhibitions.

Who are we looking for?

An enthusiastic board member with a passion for stimulating interest in visual arts in the Maastricht region.

This includes:

• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive and independent attitude
• Affinity with art and culture
• Affinity with PR and maintaining social media channels
• Experience with secretarial work is a plus
