Brief about you: (250 – 500 Words) | I am currently pursuing my Ph. D in Organizational Citizenship Behavior from LJKU. I teach Management Information Systems, Business Analytics and Organization Behavior & Human Resource Management in LJKU. I hold an overall 10 years of work experience into various domains of HR from IT, Manufacturing and Training Industries. I am also keen in learning new technologies, so I am also willing to gain additional knowledge into Business Analytics and Information Technology. I am currently working on Summer Internship and Placement Coordination. I also have taken certain Corporate training Assignments into Customer Database Management, Campus to Corporate, Interview Skills and Resume Building. My current area of Research is Organizational Citizenship Behavior from IT Industry in Gujarat. I have written (Co authored) a case study on – Choice of cuisines with reference to financial budgeting and product management in hospitality industry. I am also planning to write a case study on ERP Implementation in MSME. | |
