Rent includes utilities, ASCAP fees and custodial services beyond the cleaning listed in the rental agreement.

PRIME TIME (high demand) is 4:30-9:00 pm weekdays and any time on the weekends)

(A class could pay at two different rates, for example, from 7:00 – 10:00 pm would be 2 hours prime time and 1 hour non-prime time.)

$60/hour daytime parties or special package of $150 for up to 4 hours including setup/cleanup time, chairs, tables, and party lights!

$125 Fri. night dance parties (starting after 8:00 pm) $80 if book more than 6 per year

$185 Sat. night dance parties (starting after 6:00 pm) $130 if book more than 6 per year

$360 full day rental 8:00 am  – midnight ONE studio (Sat. or Sun. only)

$560 full day rental 8:00 am – midnight BOTH studios (Sat. or Sun. only)

Concerts and Shows – (seating space for about 150 people)

$300 Saturdays (for 1 or 2 shows), option to add a Sunday matinee for $150.

$125 per show for use of 2nd studio for dressing room (starting 1 hour before show time).

$30/hour for dress / tech rehearsals – time usually available prior Sun. or Fri before the show.

Cleaning Deposits

A fully refundable cleaning deposit of $200 is also required for special events.

• Cleaning deposits will be returned promptly as long as the space is left as clean as you found it, trash and recycling has been removed, and everything has been put away.
• Please review the handout on how to do the cleaning.

Payment Information

Special event rentals require rent and cleaning deposit paid in advance to book the date.

We accept payments by check, cash, or PayPal (with an additional $5 transaction fee, or 2.5% for PayPal transactions greater than $200.)

• Cancellations may receive a full refund if more than 7 days before the event.
• Cancellations less than 7 days in advance forfeit 50% of the payment.
