Restriction regarding shares

Restrictions will apply regarding the offer of 75% of the common shares in the Genesis EPC (gEPC) and Energy Transition EPC (xEPC) packages. The common shares will be vesting 25% per year for three years starting in the second year.

Restrictions regarding Netzium

Restrictions will apply regarding pledging 90% of certificates toward power generation systems. Netzium will be pledgeable at 10% per year for nine years starting in the second year or the first year of revenue generation whichever is later.
