Is the vaccination card mandatory to attend the event?

In accordance with the new regulations put in place by the BC government, it will be mandatory for all attendees to show their vaccination card (full vaccination) starting on September 13th in order to attend all Candlelight events. Where is the event?

Rio Theatre. 1660 E Broadway, Vancouver, BC V5N 1W1. Link.

When will the event take place?

Doors open at 6:00PM for 7:00 PM show; Doors open at 8:30 PM for 9:30 PM show.

Are refunds allowed?

No refunds are allowed. Exchanges to other dates and/or times are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of the originally purchased event and is based on availability. Please reach out here directly to change your ticket.

When should I arrive?

The concert will be 1 hour long. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the start time on your ticket and we encourage guests to come at least 45 minutes before the start time as seats are first come first serve in your zone. This will give you time to purchase food and beverages as well. The performance will start promptly at the start time and doors will be closed once the performance starts. No late entry is permitted under any circumstances.

Can I go out of the event and then enter again?

No.

What does my ticket include?

Entrance to the event.

Can I bring animals?

No animals are allowed under any circumstances. Please contact us directly here if you plan to bring a service animal.

Do I need to print my ticket?

You don’t need to print anything, you only need to show your Fever ticket(s) in the app or email upon arrival at the venue.

Is there an age requirement?

Must be 19 years old or older to attend. Anyone under the age of 19 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Are food and drink available?

There will be food and drinks available for purchase.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No tickets are available at the event for purchase. All tickets must be purchased through the app or website (www.feverup.com) prior to arriving at the event.

Do I need to wear a mask?

Yes, you will be required to keep your mask on at all times unless actively eating or drinking.
