  • I respect and value myself

  • I trust my decisions

Practice using your affirmations:

Reflect on your progress:

  • Repeat your affirmations to yourself in the morning and evening.
  • Write them down and place them in a visible location
  • Say them out loud in front of a mirror

  • After a week, reflect on how the affirmations have impacted your mood and outlook
  • Identify any negative self-talk patterns and work on replacing them with positive affirmations
  • Update your affirmations as needed
  • Keep this worksheet as a reminder of your progress and continue to use it regularly
