Types of Data gathered
Three types of data are collected by the Application.
Data sent to the Data Controller: The Data Controller has access to the statistical data collected through "Firebase" (https://firebase.google.com/). Such data does not unequivocally identify the User but only in aggregate form. This information is anonymous and includes the location of the Device, usage statistics, cookies.
The geographical locations stored by Users are in no way visible to the developer.
Amongst the Personal Data collected by this Application, either independently or through third parties, is: Permission for Precise Localisation (not continuous), Permission for Approximate Localisation (not continuous), Cookies and Usage Data.
Other Personal Data collected may be listed in other sections of this Privacy Policy or in notices displayed at the time of Data collection. The Personal Data may be freely provided by the User or collected automatically during use of the Application.
Unless otherwise stated, any use of cookies or other tracking tools by this Application or the owners of third-party services utilised by the Application is aimed at identifying the User and recording their preferences for purposes strictly related to the provision of services required.
If the User does not communicate certain types of Personal Data, the Application may not be able to provide its services.
The User assumes responsibility for the Personal Data of third parties published or shared by the Application and guarantees that they have the right to disclose or disseminate such, releasing the Data Controller from any liability to third parties.

Time Frames
Data processing is undertaken for the period necessary to provide the User with the services or for the time required for the purposes described in this document. The User is always free to request that any processing be discontinued or that the data be deleted.
Purposes of Data Processing
The User's Data is collected in order to allow the Controller to provide its services, along with the following purposes: permissions to access the Personal Data present on the User's device, advertising and statistics.
The types of Personal Data used per purpose is indicated in the specific sections of this document.
Permission to access Personal Data on the User's device
This Application requires the User to provide certain permissions that thus authorise access to the Data present on their device, in the terms set out below.
Such authorisations must be provided by the User before any information can be processed. Once the pertinent permission has been granted, it may still be revoked by the User at any time. In order to revoke permissions previously granted, the User can utilise the system settings or contact the Data Controller via the contact details provided in this document.
The procedure to control authorisations may vary depending on the device and software utilised by the User.
Please note that the revocation of one or more permissions may impact upon the proper functioning of this Application.

Used to access the approximate location of the User's device. This Application may gather, utilise and share the User's position in order to provide location-based services.
The geographical location of the User is determined on a non-continuous basis. Such implies that this Application cannot locate the User's approximate position on an ongoing basis.

Utilised to access the approximate location of the User's device. This Application may gather, utilise and share the User's position in order to provide location-based services.

This Application may collect, utilise and share Data relating to the geographical position of the User, in order to provide services based on the location itself. The majority of browsers and devices come with default tools to deny geographic tracking and positioning. The services contained in this section allow the Data Controller to monitor and analyse traffic data in order to monitor User behaviour.

Google uses the Personal Data collected to track and analyse the use of this Application, creating reports and sharing such with other services developed by Google. Google may use the Personal Data to contextualise and customise ads on its own advertising network.

Advertisements
This type of service allows User's Data to be utilised for the purposes of commercial communication in various forms of advertising, such as banners, also in relation to the User's interests. This does not mean that all Personal Data is used for this purpose. The data and usage conditions are outlined below. Some of the services listed below may use Cookies to identify the User or avail of the behavioural retargeting technique, that is, display advertisements tailored to the interests and behaviour of the User, even when detected outside of this Application. Legal defence
The User's Personal Data may be used by the Data Controller for defence in court or in the preparatory stages for any possible legal action in defending against improper use by the User of this Application or related services.
The User declares to be aware that the Data Controller may be required to disclose information if requested by the public authorities.

Exercise of rights by Users
At any time, the subjects to which the Personal Data pertains have the right to obtain confirmation of its existence from the Data Controller, to determine the data content and origin, check its accuracy or request its integration, deletion, updating, correction, conversion into anonymous form or else to block any Personal Data in violation of the law, as well as oppose the processing for legitimate reasons. Such requests should be addressed to the Data Controller.
This Application does not support "Do Not Track" requests.

Changes to this Privacy Policy
The Data Controller reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time and shall publish the changes on this page to inform Users. Therefore, please consult this page frequently, taking the "last updated" date shown at the bottom as reference. In the case of non-acceptance regarding any changes to this Privacy Policy, Users are required to stop using this Application and may request that the Data Controller deletes their Personal Data.
