Set up 2FA
Users are required to set up two-factor authentication as a security measure.
Users can choose to have a text message sent to their phone, use an image for 2FA, Mobile, or set up a 6-digit PIN.

Setup Password Recovery & Reset

After clicking on Set Up Recovery, users can choose to use  (1) a mobile phone #, (2) a non-MVLA email, or (3) answer three questions to recover a forgotten or lost password.  Additionally, users should click on (4) Change Password to set a more sophisticated password. This will reset your p/w for all services.

App Options

Right-click on an application to access its menu options to add it to the Favorites Bar, to a folder, to add tags, or to report issues the app may be having.

My Profile

In the top right-hand corner of your ClassLink window is where you change your profile picture, themes & colors, access your password locker, sign in with options, and password recovery options.

From the Favorites Bar, teachers have the ability to view analytics.

My Files allows you to connect other cloud drives in ClassLink to access all of your files in one location.
