ANNOUNCEMENTS

Locker Clean Out is going to be during advisory on June 5th. If you have a lot of items in your locker, you might want to start bringing things home early. If for any reason you are unable to have your locker checked by your advisory teacher please meet with them before June 5th or check in with Ms. Vacinek in the front office. There is a $10.00 fine for no locker check out!

All varsity track participants, stop in the office and pick up your award ceremony invites!

All students grades 7-11 interested in joining cross country, there will be a meeting during advisory on Thursday in Mr. Vaughan’s room.

All Student Bathrooms will be propped open the remainder of the school year. Unfortunately we have some students who can’t follow normal bathroom expectations.

Students are not allowed to access the vending machines during classroom time. Passing time, lunch, before school or after school hours are when they are available for use.

There will be a basketball meeting for all boys playing summer league basketball.  The meeting will be on Thursday, June 1st at 3:00pm in the commons. Please bring your summer league money to this meeting.  Any questions, please contact Coach Thompson.

Are you interested in learning how to play disc golf? Rush City Community Education will be hosting a club that meets every Wednesday in July of 2023 from 4:30pm-6:00pm at the Rush City Disc Golf Course located at the high school. This is open to all ages and you will get to know the basics of disc golf. This includes the three main types of discs as well as the following topics:

Every day will consist of playing at least one to two holes with hopefully playing almost a full round of 9 holes on the last day.

Fee: $20 (includes set of 3 golf disks)

REMINDER: Students that have outstanding detentions and currently serving in/out of school suspensions are not allowed at student activities including sporting events. They also can not practice or participate in activities.
