2026 Match Schedule

Normally, matches are the first Sunday of the month May - November.

Some matches may be moved for a holiday.

This year we will have some additional matches later in the month.

Matches begin at 10 am. This event is open to the public. Cost is $10 per person.

Our club has three pistol bays. Most matches involve at least three “major” stages with 8-10 targets followed by smaller stages set up later in the same bays.

There will be a few practice sessions throughout the year with 1-2 stages in one bay.

Open and free to all shooters. All normal safety rules must be followed, but otherwise very informal. Scores will not be recorded for practices.

An introduction to IDPA will be held on the last Sunday in April.

        This is a free introduction to IDPA. Brief classroom time followed by a live-fire stage.

        Begins in the clubhouse at 10 AM. New shooters shoot the next match free.

Match Rules and Safety Briefing

• Safety briefing begins at match start time (10 AM). If you are a new shooter, please notify the match director at check-in.
• Safety table is located in the south bay and is marked with a large sign. Absolutely no ammo at the safety table.
• No handling of firearms except at the safety table and while shooting.
• While shooting, be sure to observe the 180 rule. Failure to do so will result in a disqualification for the match.
• While shooting, you may not flag yourself or others. Failure to do so will result in a disqualification for the match. The only exception, per IDPA rules, is immediately after you are drawing your firearm.
• Once a shooter is done, take your time following the safety officer’s command to unload and clear.
• Always wait until the range is clear, per safety officer instructions, to pick up any dropped equipment or ammo. If you flag yourself with an unloaded gun, especially after being instructed to holster, you will be disqualified from the match.
• Always help paste targets, unless you are the next shooter or are otherwise working the match.
• Please pick up all trash and help tear down after the match. Please notify the match director of any broken items so they can be prepared.

If you are interested in helping with setup and willing to arrive promptly at 8 AM, please talk to the match director. A discounted match fee is available.

Until further notice, all variants of the Sig P320 are not allowed per IDPA rules.

A classifier can be requested at any time during the year for $5 per target. One is usually offered for free as part of the last match of the year, with additional targets available after for $5. Please have your IDPA number ready if you would like your score posted.
