Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors Worksheet
- Body-Focused Repetitive Behaviors are those behaviors which are repetitive and focused on different body parts due to various situations, such as nail biting, hair pulling, picking your skin etc.
- Note down your BFRBs and track them daily. Think about the situations that cause such behaviors. Write down how long you committed the behavior.
