Tournament Rules
Lodging Policy
- WCP Tournaments operate a Stay to Play program.

How Many Rooms Are Required for the Lodging Program?
- We recommend booking 6-8 rooms per night as the target minimum to meet the program requirements.
Do I Need to Register for All Events?
- No, you only need to register for your first event to be placed in the 2025 "PST Season."
What Happens After I Register for the First Event?
- After registration, we can manually add you to additional events, or you can continue registering for other events yourself.
What Does "PAY LATER" Mean?
- The "PAY LATER" option reserves your spot without immediate payment.
- Your spot is not guaranteed until payment is made, and penciled-in teams can be bumped if the event reaches capacity.
- Be sure to complete checkout to make the registration official, or your event will remain in the cart and won’t be processed.
Bat Rules
- All bat and tournament play rules are available on our website.

Field Locations at Tournaments
- Specific field locations are available around 45 days prior to an event. Please check the event page on our website or the app.
Schedule Release Dates
- Schedules will be released no later than 5pm on the Tuesday before the tournament. We aim to release them earlier if possible.
Schedule Requests
- You can submit a game time/schedule request via the provided link.
- While we cannot guarantee all requests, we will do our best to accommodate.
