How many guests does your venue hold?

Mill Top has multiple stunning event spaces, which means that we have spaces perfect  for smaller weddings of 50-100 guests AND spaces that are a better fit for larger parties of 150- 300 guests. Please refer to the “Our Spaces” page of our website for individual room capacities.  

How many hours will I have the venue on my wedding day?

Our standard room rental includes six hours of event time (from the time your guests arrive, to the time they leave). If you rent a separate Cocktail Hour space, you receive an  additional hour making it a total of seven hours. Our Bridal Suite & Man Cave rentals allow access from 9:00am that morning until 1:00am the next day!

Do you provide bar and/or catering services?

We absolutely do provide you with full bar service packages that will keep the fun flowing  all day long! Catering for weddings is handled by our exclusive catering partner, Jacquie’s Gourmet Catering, to ensure quality products and service. For more detailed information, please reference the “Food & Beverage” section of our website.

Can I bring in my own décor?

Absolutely – we’ll even set it up for you! Simply drop it off the week before your wedding,  let us know what needs to be returned to you, and we will set it up according to your  instructions. For those not wanting to transport décor, we have tons of rental items you can  easily add to your package.

Can I bring in my own alcohol?

Because we are licensed by the State of Indiana to serve our guests, we cannot allow any outside  alcohol on Mill Top property. Our in-house bar packages are full-service and customizable to the needs of your guests and wedding party.  

Can I choose my own vendors?

Of course! Aside from catering and bar selections, you are more than welcome to choose your own vendors for the big day. We also have a fantastic list of preferred vendors we recommend  working with if you’re looking for a place to start!

How do I reserve my wedding date?

We’re thrilled that you’re ready to say “We Do to the Venue”! All that is required is 50%  of the room rental rate as a deposit and a signed contract to hold your date. Then you can pop  the champagne and head on over for your “We Do to the Venue” photos!  

Can my pets participate in our wedding?

Yes! Mill Top is a 100% pet friendly venue, and we love seeing your furry family  members take part in your special day. Simply make sure someone is assigned as their caretaker.  Head over to the “Our Weddings” page of our website to see some of the precious photos!
