What can I expect from the Live at the Great 2024?

The best classical music artists from around the world perform in the intimate setting of The Great Synagogue.

Where is the experience located?

The Great Synagogue - 166 Castlereagh St, Sydney NSW 2000.

Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?

The experience takes place indoors.

How long does the experience last?

70 - 90 minutes.

Is it COVID secure and safe?

The experience is designed to be COVID safe.

Is there air conditioning?

Please note that the venue does not have air conditioning.

Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Unfortunately this experience is not accessible for guests with hearing problems.

What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

There are ushers that will help you to your seat.

Will there be strobe lights?

No.

Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?

Can I take photos or record the experience?

Unfortunately, photos and videos are not allowed.

Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience?

Yes, all tickets are seated.

Will restrooms be available on site?

Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes (doors are opened 30 minutes before).

What happens if I arrive late?

You will only be seated after the next applause.

Can I bring animals?

Animals are not allowed in the venue.

Are service dogs allowed?

Yes.

Is there an age requirement?

No - all ages are welcome!

Is the venue ADA compliant?

Is there parking available?

Unfortunately, parking is not available on site.

What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Same as when you enter an airport/airplane.

Can I purchase a ticket at the event?

No - tickets must be purchased in advance.

Where can I get tickets?

Are refunds allowed? What is the exchange policy?

Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Is there a Military discount?

Military discounts are not available for this experience.

Do I need to print my ticket?

No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.

Can I transfer my tickets to another person?

Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket?

We may be able to help reschedule or exchange your ticket for another date, time or ticket type that has not already sold out. Please contact us for more information. Make sure to include your ticket order number.

What are the official sellers for this experience?

Official tickets for Live at the Great 2024 can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.

Can I make a group booking?

Only through Fever - please contact us if you have any questions.

I can't find my ticket. What can I do?

You can find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. If you don't have it installed, you can download it from the Apple Store or Google Play. Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
