NZ Fringe 2019 Box Office Manager

NZ Fringe is seeking a Box Office Manager for the 2019 festival

Hours:

Mid Feb to 29 March 2019.

February: approx 10 hours for training, set up and festival support (flexible).

25 Feb to 1 March: assisting with festival set up (flexible)

1 March to 24 March: 5 days per week at box office 10.30am to 6.30pm with one hour lunch break, open hours 11am to 6pm, plus general event staffing at festival awards and afterparty 24 March

Week commencing 26 March: Assist with final festival reconciliations (flexible)

29 March: deliver short report on role to festival director

30 April: wrap party!

Remuneration: $2000

Purpose: To sell Fringe Festival tickets from the Fringe Box Offices and provide information and customer service to artists and audiences. To support the kaupapa of the festival to support the artists that create Fringe and deliver quality accessible experiences to audiences.

Report to:  Festival Manager, Artist & Venue Liaison, Fringe Festival Director

Key Liaison: Audiences and artists,  Festival Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Festival Volunteers.

Role:

Reporting: deliver a report to festival director outlining the jobs you were tasked with, feedback on your festival experience and recommendations for future festivals, this shouldn’t be more than three pages long.
