- All participants, including hosts, pay the $10 registration fee.

- If you would prefer to attend with a friend, please indicate his/her name on your registration form.

- Interested in hosting or contributing dessert? Please indicate your interest on your registration form, found on

the other side of this page. Host homes will be assigned 1 week before the Progressive Dinner, based on the

number of participants.

- If you are interested in hosting and have no preference of either hors d’oeuvres or dinner, please check both

boxes. No one will be asked to host more than one portion of the evening.

- Please note that dinner hosts will not be assigned a hors d’oeuvres host home to attend so you can prepare

for your guests. All Progressive Dinner participants will be invited to dessert.

- Hors d’oeuvres and dinner hosts will be able to submit a limited amount of receipts for costs to host the

dinner. The amount will be determined after all registrations have been received, and hosts will be informed of

this amount when they receive their confirmation call about hosting.

- If you are interested in helping to prepare either hors d'oeuvres or dinner, but are unable to host, please indicate by

checking the third box.

- We hope all those who volunteer to host will be able to host guests. However, host assignments will be based

on the number of participants. All who volunteer to host will be notified 1 week before the Progressive Dinner

to let them know if they will be hosting or participating as a guest.

- Hosts can be located anywhere in the Twin Cities metro area. Geographic location will be taken into account as

much as possible when assigning host homes for guests.
