- Insight assessment objectives used throughout the school. These enable staff to look at the childrens different levels of learning and identify any gaps in knowledge as they progress up the school.
- Floor Books - promote core and higher level tier 3 vocabulary and support long term learning. Then can be used in years to come to show progress.
- ClassDojo to share learning through PE lessons to those at home and challenge families together.
- Well equipped PE cupboard and all resources very accessible in cupboard and hall
- Sessions provided from external providers (tennis, football, etc.) to offer opportunities for extra curricular clubs and activities.
- Forest school is used as a vehicle to increase physical activity
- Mindfulness and wellbeing sessions from Laura Tsang, our Mindfulness Therapist, taught to individuals, groups and whole classes to give pupils strategies and methods that support healthy lifestyles and good mental health.
- Additional daily exercise though the daily mile, 5 minute workouts with Joe Wicks and other active sessions for all year groups.
