- Note: For apartments with multiple occupants (e.g., 4 household members in one unit), only one form submission is required per household.
- Repairs
- To ensure your stay with us is as pleasant and safe as possible, we kindly ask that all repair requests be submitted exclusively through this form: https://fridmanproperties.com/repairs
- When submitting a request, please include a detailed description of the issue and attach a photo or video. This helps our assigned contractor prepare adequately and minimizes the need for multiple visits.
- Important Note: All repair requests are reviewed and processed by us, the property management team, only after receiving approval from your landlord. Unfortunately, we cannot proceed with any repairs without the landlord’s authorization. Thank you for your understanding!
- Emergencies

- Gas Smell/Leak: Immediately vacate the building and call the appropriate emergency number for your state:

- Step #3: If no one from the Fridman Properties Team responds within 10-15 minutes (as we may be assisting another tenant):
- You may request emergency assistance from these platforms:
- Please keep the receipt/proof of cost and submit it to us for reimbursement. If the issue qualifies as an emergency, we will deduct the cost from your rent and provide a $25 Amazon gift card as compensation for the inconvenience.
- Repairs exceeding $350 require prior approval from the landlord.
