- Welcome
- Approve minutes: were sent with zoom link. No corrections. Approved
- Special meeting: Oct 5th held a special meeting to approve $50 in petty cash for scholastics and to have PTO handle cash for the event. The book fair raised $7k for new books.
- Trunk or Treat: Next Friday, Still looking for trunkers. Started collection candy for the event. All the sign up spots are filled. Avid students from LQHS filled out all the volunteer spots left.
- Vice President's Report
- Trees: we have been in discussions, but we have decided to hold off until we have budget
- Rocks: done. 5th and kinder completed them. They are near the gate 4 entrance on campus across from kinder classrooms.

- Ann Morales: impressed with the parents to success of Earhart. Step it up, book fair and grade level funds. So great to see so much involvement. Thank you for contributions. Invited to our IB celebration at 7:30 am on Nov 15. Please attend and join us. School site council. PTO only told about it.

- Bleachers-finally set up and being used by students.
- New Business
- Santa’s Breakfast -wasn't PTO before. We are hoping to run the same way it’s been done before. Santa craft and pancake breakfast. Continental pancakes maye, but working on it to figure out.
- Fundraising committee -looking for a committee. Working closely with chair. Have 2 sports available. Can email us at aeepto@gmail.com if interested. Also can submit on website through google forms. Aeepto.com.
