Gift Card Info

1. Validity

The code can be used for any Candlelight concert in the US

2. Expiration

The gift card can be used for 1 year from the date of purchase.

After purchasing a gift card, you will receive a confirmation email with the gift card code and instructions on how to use it. You will also find a printable version of the gift card, in case you wish to give the recipient a physical copy

How the gift card works

• You will receive a code after purchasing the gift card. You can find this code on your Fever ticket and in the confirmation email.
• Send this code to the gift card recipient. They must redeem it in the Fever app, in the Vouchers section of their Profile.
• Redeeming the code will generate a voucher for that account. The voucher can then be applied in the app during the purchase of tickets for any Candlelight concert in the US

Instructions for gift card recipient

How to redeem the gift card code and obtain a voucher:

• Open the Fever app (vouchers can’t be used on web browsers) and log into your account. You can download the app for Android or iOS, if you don’t have it yet.
• Go to the Vouchers section in your Profile, tap on "Add voucher code", enter your code, and then tap "Confirm". The voucher will be added and ready to use.
• Please keep in mind that each voucher has its own specifications and expiration date, which you can check by tapping on it.

How to use your voucher:

• Go to the Candlelight concert you wish to attend, choose your date and time  and tap on "Get it".
• On the next page, tap on “Apply voucher”.
  This will take you to your list of vouchers.
• Select the gift card voucher and tap on “Apply voucher” once more. This will apply a discount to the total amount.
• Tap on "Pay Now" and you're done! You can find your new ticket(s) in the “Tickets” section of the app.
