What is This Feature?

The Task Checklist allows healthcare practices to create multiple related tasks simultaneously from predefined templates. This feature enables medical teams to standardize routine procedures, ensure comprehensive patient care, and maintain consistency across different staff members by executing complete sets of coordinated tasks with just a few clicks.

How Does This Feature Work?

Accessing the Task Checklist Page

You can create task checklists from two locations:

  1. Agenda View:

  1. Navigate to the More (⋮) button next to the patient’s name.
  2. Select "Execute a Task Checklist" to open the task checklist modal.

  1. Day View:

  1. Click on the patient’s appointment.
  2. Select the More (⋮) button and choose "Execute a Task Checklist."


  1. Open the patient’s Chart Summary.
  2. Locate the Tasks widget on the sidebar.
  3. Click "Execute a Task Checklist" at the bottom of the widget.


Inside the “Task Checklist” Page

Once you’ve accessed the feature, you’ll enter the interface seen below.

At the top of the page, a dropdown menu lets you browse and select from the available Task Checklists configured in your practice. These checklists are customizable and aligned with common processes—ensuring consistency across teams.
