MTRP Parent Information

IMPORTANT - Camp Information - READ CAREFULLY!

Dear Camp Parent,

We are very excited that your child will be joining us for Fall Day Camp at Mission Trails Regional Park!

Please take a few minutes to familiarize yourself with the following information. This will help ensure the best possible experience for you and your child.

Check-in process:

Parents/Guardians are required to sign each child in with an instructor or assistant. Camp begins at 9 AM. Check in for camp will begin 30 minutes before the camp is scheduled to begin.

You will need to park your car and walk with your camper inside the Visitor Center to check them in.

Check-out process:

At the end of each day, drive up and stay in your car. The instructors will bring your camper to you and check them out.

A parent/guardian must show picture ID card to camp staff, who will match their name to the list of authorized adults (listed during registration). If the adult is not on the authorized list, we cannot release the child until a parent/guardian is contacted. Again, photo ID will be required to pick up a child on each day of camp. These policies are in place for one reason – the safety of children attending camp at Mission Trails Regional Park. Any camper not picked up on time after the end of camp will be charged the after hours fee of $8 per day.
