What is the Compliance Embeddable?

The Compliance Embeddable is a whitelabel, configurable embed offering that ISVs can securely put inside their web application to collect and process compliance information. The Compliance Embeddable can help streamline compliance processes via enabling self-service for the ISVs’ customers as well as result in overall faster vetting times due to its built-in validation capabilities.

How does it work?

• The Compliance Embeddable is a React application you can integrate as an i-frame into your existing web portal / application
• The Compliance Embeddable UI includes a form similar to what you will see in Twilio Console but tailored to the ISV tenant use case. Your end customers will be able to submit their own compliance information via self-service
• Twilio will manage the questions asked in the Compliance Embeddable UI form, such that it includes only the relevant questions that are required for the specific country / product
• There will be no Twilio branding on the Compliance Embeddable, and the UI can be themed to align to your design standards (e.g., color palette, typeface)
• You can receive status updates about the registrations that your customers have submitted via email

Expected Effort

• There are two elements to integrate with the Compliance Embeddable

• Server-side work: The Compliance Embeddable data collection process is secured via server-side authentication, and thus is triggered from a server side call to enter the flow. This server side call provisions a token you then pass to your web client to authenticate into a submission flow
• Front-end work: Twilio will provide you a React component for the Compliance Embeddable. You will initialize this with the token (e.g., user clicks a button on your UI to then open form)

• Overall, once you have landed on your design / placement of the Compliance Embeddable, we believe we can work with you to have you up and running within a sprint

Pricing

• The Compliance Embeddable is offered for free. Twilio does not have any plans at this point to charge for this product in the future.
