Fast Track - Getting Started

New Hires will have a pre-established username ready on day 1.  You can access the site at Fast Track from the store or from home.  Only work done in the store is paid.  You are required to complete Team Member Training courses within your 90-day probationary period.

Input the username using the following format:

JJF_[Store#]_[First initial, Last name]

JJF_3244_DBrumfield      (For example)

Your default password will be Jimmy123

Once you’ve logged in, select “Get Certified” from the top bar on the website.

Team Member training is required of all employees during their probationary period.  We have established a daily guideline to help your inshop tasks line up with the 30 Day Rookie to Rockstar training

Your manager will need to sign off on the observation checklist to complete your training
